Jaadui Khazana
Parvati and Bhagchand, a husband-and-wife weaving duo, love filling their Manchahas with imagination. At home, Parvati often tells stories to their daughter, and many of those tales find their way onto the loom. This Manchaha is inspired by one such story—Jaadui Khazana (The Magical Treasure). At the bottom of the rug, Parvati wove a small treasure chest. From it emerges a stream of vibrant colours that travels across the carpet, symbolising the magical power hidden within. She says she has always loved listening to fantasy stories on her phone, and wanted to weave that sense of wonder into this rug. Around this colourful trail, the couple filled the Manchaha with their signature flowing wavy patterns and scattered diamond motifs. The rhythmic lines create movement, making it feel as though the treasure's magic is spreading across the entire composition. Blending imagination with intricate craftsmanship, this Manchaha reminds us that stories are not only told through words; they can also be woven.

• If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain.
