Sajawat
Mamta has named her manchaha Sajawat. Sajawat, in Hindi, means ‘decoration’. In Sajawat, Mamta has woven designs, patterns, and motifs, that are inspired from decorative elements used in weddings. The central part of the manchaha is inspired from walkways in wedding venues, woven in royal and majestic colours. Mamta has drawn the traditional motif for shakkarpara, which is a sweet often distributed to guests on the wedding day.
