Madhu and her daughter Manisha often talk about the two worlds we all carry, the one we live in every day, and the one we dream of. In this Manchaha, they wove both. The lower half of the rug is the world they know well: farms, flowers, plants, and a small mud pot like the one in their home. From this grounded world, you can see a ladder rising upward, leading into the upper half — a more colourful, open, dream-like space. The idea grew from a conversation between them about how Manisha could chase her dreams while staying rooted. Madhu said she wove the ladder for her daughter so she can achieve all her dreams and climb toward everything she hopes to become. With this, she named her Manchaha “Sapno ki Seedhi,” which means “Ladder of Dreams.”

• DO NOT brush or scrub the rug.
• Only vacuum clean it periodically. Avoid using vacuum beater brush mode
• If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain.
• Rotate occasionally to equalize wear.
• Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling.
• If thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with scissor.
