Rocket
In the stillness of time, when life seems to be dragging along the same paths, finding a way to fly high can seem like a distant dream. For Nasir and Rafiq, confined within the walls of their prison, imagination became their escape route. Rafiq, inspired by the idea of filling the carpet with rockets, led the design, while Naseer, affectionately calling him "Rafiq Bhai," diligently followed his guidance. The fact that this is Rafiq's first Manchaha experience seems unbelievable. During Rafiq's absence at his daughter's wedding, Nasir took the opportunity to add a personal touch by weaving windows into two of the rockets, offering a glimpse into their fantastical world. They also introduced a splash of color by incorporating "Rangoli" patterns. Amidst the rockets, two prominent missiles are poised for launch, embodying their dreams of reaching new heights. Another exciting design is caught in a circle apart from the rocket story. Occupying the center of the carpet, this circle consists of a rifle gun. This idea of a gun came to them from the popular action movie KGF (2), where the protagonist uses a rifle called "Badi maa." This fascinated them, and they chose to make it on the hand-knotted rug. This fun project of the duo is their dream of flying one day. Through "Rocket," Nasir and Rafiq have turned their yarns into a sky full of rockets, embodying their hope to one day soar beyond their current confines.
